Clinician-assisted one-on-one stretching targeting your specific tight areas — deeper and more effective than self-stretching alone, with lasting improvements in range of motion, recovery, and movement quality.
Assisted stretch therapy is a clinician-led flexibility and mobility session in which your practitioner applies controlled, progressive stretching techniques to improve your range of motion. Unlike static self-stretching, assisted stretching uses proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and other manual techniques that engage the nervous system — producing greater and longer-lasting gains in flexibility than passive stretching alone.
Sessions are entirely tailored to you. Your practitioner identifies the areas of restriction most relevant to your training, sport, or daily activities and targets them systematically — working through a progression across sessions to build cumulative gains in mobility. It’s an efficient, effective complement to any training program, particularly for athletes who feel chronically tight despite regular training.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching involves alternating contraction and relaxation of the target muscle under the guidance of your practitioner. This neurological reset allows the muscle to be stretched further and more effectively than passive or static techniques — with research showing significantly greater range-of-motion gains compared to static stretching alone.
