Our lactate threshold testing protocol is designed to gain key data on how you accumulate lactate during various exercise intensities along with your ability to remove lactate. Data obtained allows for specific training at key intensity zones to improve performance at key threshold intensities, improving your lactate threshold and allowing you to perform better for longer. It also allows for insights into your pace setting zones to predict and improve running/row/ski time performance.
